AMG accepted the task of filling multiple project attorney orders from a large law firm client. We had to get resumes over to the client same day and we knew that we were called second to another staffing firm. The contact we work with has a great relationship with the local branch but is only empowered to call out the orders once her supervisor already calls it out to their regular staffing firm.
AMG team members worked diligently to get candidates over to the firm and did not stop sending resumes until they told us every last position had been filled. We were organized, meticulous, and only sent candidates that fit the qualifications. We went above and beyond to make sure the client received remarkable experience. AMG made a concerted effort to drop by the firm weekly. AMG personally hand delivered paychecks, brought in breakfast for our project attorneys and anyone else that was working alongside them.
The firm administrator facilitated a meeting with her supervisor to introduce AMG. She agreed to become a professional reference to other clients that might be in need of project attorney assistance.
