  • Case Assistant

    Assists and supports attorneys with research for trial or due diligence. Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. Prepares legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, etc. Understands technical legal terminology. Entry-level experience.

  • Paralegal

  • Legal Secretary

    Performs secretarial and administrative duties for an attorney or group of attorneys. Prepares legal documents, contracts, briefs, motions, summonses, complaints and general correspondence. Maintains files and schedules. Utilizes document creation software and other legal reference software. May have some interaction with clients.

  • Legal Administrative Assistant

    Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department or group in a legal office, organization, or department. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule. Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. May manage expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, or other routine processes. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-7 years of related experience, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.

  • Compliance Specialist

    Supports the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices for an organization or business. Monitors activities impacted by regulatory requirements related to the organization’s governance and any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Utilizes established internal controls and auditing systems to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. Prepares and updates communication materials. Assists with training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements.

  • Contracts Administrator

    Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects. Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, or other construction services. Secures all necessary approvals and ensures that standard company procedures are followed.

  • Litigation Docket Clerk

    Tracks important legal and filing deadlines for designated clients and cases. Manages and reviews records and enters schedules or deadlines into the calendar. Generates reports detailing action items and due dates. Monitors deadlines and notes completed tasks.

  • Litigation Support Manager

    Oversees the support provided to the organization’s litigation efforts through the use of technology. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. Oversees the daily operation of the department and coordinates special projects.

  • Paralegal Manager

    Manages and develops the paralegal team and the systems and processes utilized to track and produce legal documents. Assigns cases to the paralegals and monitors progress to ensure timely completion. Validates and oversees the preparation of legal documents, such as briefs, appeals, wills, or contracts. Provides research and training support to the paralegals utilizing databases and legal libraries. Coordinates with attorneys on special requests or highly complex projects.

  • Attorney

    Provides legal advice and counsel to an organization in support of business activities and transactions. Researches and interprets existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk. Prepares and reviews various agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. As needed, represents the organization in litigation, negotiations, and other matters where legal counsel is required. May coordinate with outside counsel to address issues requiring specialized legal input.
